Westura Energy plans to commence pre-production development by way of crushing and screening 5,000-ton bulk samples from the three locations (15,000 tons) and toll mill at nearby underutilised gold recovery plants. Additional drilling to support the open pit development for the recovery of the hard rock material estimated at 1,100,000 tons and delineate an initial resource of 137,000 with potential to increase the resource to 375,000 ounces.

Daniel Hamilton
CEO Dip. Proj MgtMr. Hamilton is an experienced project manager having led teams in numerous successful start-up ventures. Mr Hamilton understands the significant challenges that exist in start-up venture space and through implementation of his unique skillset of project management insight combined with a sound understanding of corporate financial modelling and asset valuation, has resulted in success in a range of industries, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Hamilton has facilitated a range of complex projects with successful program transitions across a range of government-based holdings/stakeholders, managing all aspects of scope, time, resource, budget, and project methodology.
Shehan Mathew
CFO B.Com MBAMr. Mathew is an experienced analyst having worked with a broad range of companies during his time in EY’s advisory and operational transaction services teams, with a focus in the resources sector. There he advised client covering a range of areas including strategy, operations, business integrations and divestments.
In addition, he spent a number of years working within BHP’s commercial teams delivering various operational and technology projects, including differentiating their base metals products in the market through material traceability. He also advises customers across critical materials for the green energy transition, including nickel, lithium, cobalt, and manganese, by making provenance and ESG performance transparent across global supply chains.
Mr. Anthony R Hamilton
Non-Executive DirectorMr. Hamilton is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in London and is an Accountant by profession with over 35 years of extensive experience in mining including Oil & Gas, exploration and production of gold, diamonds, base metals, and property development. Mr. Hamilton’s experience includes gold operations in Australia at the Sons of Gwalia tailings retreatment project and small-scale open pit operations. Hamilton is also accredited with developing Zimbabwe and North Americas first commercial diamond mines with hands on expertise to develop assets from discovery to production.
Mr. Mark Anthony Wallace
Non-Executive DirectorMr. Wallace holds a Bachelor of Economics and Accounting is a Chartered Accountant and has over 25 years expertise in the global financial markets having held positions with Internationally renowned Investment Banks and advisory firms including Standard Chartered Capital Markets, Cantor Fitzgerald and Credit Lyonnais in London and Natwest Capital Markets in Sydney. Mr. Wallace has significant experience and expertise in funding for the development of production and operational assets across numerous commodities and extensive knowledge.
Ms. Scarlett Karius
Geologist BAppSc(AppGeol)(Hons)After completing a master’s degree in Geoscience in Germany and working in a lab as a research assistant, the desire to explore the world led her to Western Australia where she started her career as exploration geologist.
Ms Karius’s work led her to explore Western Australia, Northern Territory, British Columbia and Canada covering a great range of commodities, from greenfield exploration to near mine. Successful projects she has worked on include, i.e., Tampia Hill - Explaurum, McPhee – Atlas Iron and Paddington - Norton Goldfields as well as work for Andrew Forrest’s private company Squadron Resources.
Ms Karius’s focus now is fixated and lies on green energy targets for a brighter future.
